Beyond Charity

Join the Perkins Center in the last of their Beyond Charity series forum exploring Christian community development and reconciliation on the SPU campus, in the local community and around the world. SPEED DATING

SPEED DATING is a night dedicated to making new friends, learning about first impressions and a little about the way people communicate. Come enjoy snacks and hear Todd Rendleman, associate professor of communication, speak tomorrow at 7 p.m. in the SUB Gazebo room.

Alfred S. Palmer Lecture Chapel

Metropolitan Kallistos Ware of Diokleia will be presenting "What is Prayer" at the 2008 Alfred S. Palmer Lecture at First Free Methodist Church. The Chapel will be next Tuesday at 9:30 a.m. at First Free Methodist Church.

Student Directed One Act Plays

This year's acts include "This is a Test" by Stephen Gregg, directed by Ryan Putnam, and "Curtains" by Gloria Gonzalez, directed by Stephen Bauman. The plays will show from March 4 through 8 at 7:30 p.m. in Studio I in McKinley Hall. Tickets can be purchased through the Fine Arts Box Office at 206-281-2959.
