Bathroom flyers are redundant
Maybe I'm missing something, but what exactly is the purpose of
the "Bathroom Newsletter"? If it is one thing that this school does
not need is more flyers hanging around campus. Save the ink and
paper and just skip it. We already get emails telling us everything
so why hang it all over the place also?
And the "Newsletters" in the bathroom?! It makes me feel like
I'm in some cheap truck stop on the side of the interstate in the
middle of no where. Not exactly the feeling I'm going for when I
pay 29k to attend a private school in Seattle.
Bottom line ... just stick to the emails and drop all the
flyers.

Sex is not most relevant topic
Is sex all that college students think about? Maybe. It would
certainly seem so for the amount of attention this so-called "in
the dark" topic receives. Is this topic brought up so often because
sex sells, or in this instance, gets people to chapel or reading
The Falcon?
While the SPU pious pride themselves on not rounding 1st base,
there are so many more important issues not even being touched
upon. What about greed and lack of concern for the poor? Are those
sins stamped with an OK from SPU students? In my two years here, I
haven't seen a forum or chapel offered about resisting the lusts of
materialism.
Isn't it about time that we focused on something more relevant
to changing the culture and engaging the world outside the
bedroom?
