Gymnastics
Gymnasts vault into 2007
In their first meet of the season Friday night in front of a
packed Royal Brougham Pavilion, the SPU gymnasts put up high
numbers on the vault, but struggled with falls later in the night,
losing to University of California Davis by a score of 191.175 to
189.225.

Men's B-Ball
Poor defense dooms SPU
Freshman Brandon Larrieu eased the ball across half court,
dribbled leisurely to the right side of the basket, and popped a
3-point shot with just over one second left.

Women's B-Ball
Falcons sit atop the conference
It took the full game, but the unflustered SPU women’s
basketball team (11-4, 5-0) muzzled the howling Alaska Anchorage
(UAA) Seawolves (14-3, 3-3) Saturday night, 68-52, at Royal
Brougham Pavilion.
