SPU takes third nationally
It was Seattle Pacific’s turn to shine, and shine they did. After a league season full of unfortunate injuries and unexpected circumstances, the SPU gymnasts have swung, flipped and twisted their way to third place at the USA Gymnastics National Championships.

The Seattle Pacific crew teams fight off all the elements when they’re training, and that paid off this past weekend. Falcons win in West

The Seattle Pacific University track team had the west coast covered last weekend as athletes competed at both the Spike Arlt Invitational in Ellensburg, Wash. and the Mount Sac relays in Walnut, Calif.

The Runaround
Cedric Benson and I are a lot alike.

We are both college students -- Benson a senior at Texas, myself a senior at a school people like to pronounce "spew."
