Women fall in Championship Two weeks ago SPU was a regionally known school. Two weeks ago it was a relatively big deal for the Falcons to receive print in the Seattle Times or air-time on "Fox Sports Network." What a difference two weeks can make.

Crew season starts with great success "The potential’s there," said junior Carley Bollen.

Although the women’s varsity four crew lost two of its members from their national title run a year ago, Bollen believes that this year’s boat can be just as good.
